Doug Christiansen took some time out from the Capitals 1st training session together to introduce some of the new faces to the team for the 07/08 season. He let the small crowd in attendance show their appreciation to J.F Perras, Coling Hemingway, Adam Stefishen and Mike Stutzel.
I left the Caps session with a good feeling, the squad looked to be sharing some jokes and laughs together already. A good sign in my book. Some of the players looked sharp others were maybe a step or two behind but that was to be expected after a long summer. I can't wait for the new season to start now. I'm confident the Caps can be a threat to every other team in the league now.
